 CHRATA is an association of over 350 non-goverment organisations Certified by
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, P.R.C. State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA) for the purpose of providing recruitment of foreign experts for
approved employment vacancies in China and Academic, Technical and Management Training Services for China Institutions, Corporations and Private Enterprises.
In 2004 SAFEA administered and coordinated the services of over 50,000
Foreign Teachers and 200,000 Foreign Experts recruited by overseas non-government organisations and assisted with overseas training of 47,000 PRC Government Officials and Managers. |
